Everything You Need To Know, Before And After Enrollment.
We believe an informed family is a confident family. Below: enrollment, policies, daily logistics, and how we partner with you.
Four Simple Steps.
Schedule A Tour
Call or message us. We offer weekday morning tours, about 30 minutes; bring your little one.
Fill Out Enrollment
We hand you a packet at the tour, or email it ahead. Includes immunization records, emergency contacts, and food and allergy info.
Pay Registration
A one-time $70 registration fee reserves your child's spot. CAPS families: this fee is waived.
Start With A Smile
Most families do a half-day "soft start" before the first full day. We'll plan a transition that works for you.
Real Families. Real Mornings.
Family photos go here; replace each tile with a real photo from morning drop-off or afternoon pickup.
A Real Partnership With Every Family.
Daily updates, open communication, and an open door. Family Engagement is a measured Quality Rated standard, and one of the things we are proud to be evaluated on.
Daily Photo and Update
A short note plus a photo at pickup so you see what your scholar did that day.
Open Communication
Message your child's teacher through the parent app anytime; we respond the same business day.
Family Events
Donut mornings, garden days, end-of-year showcases, and parent workshops throughout the year.
Safe, Healthy, And Predictable.
Sick Policy
Children with a fever over 100.4°F, vomiting, or contagious illness should stay home for at least 24 hours after symptoms resolve.
Pickup & Security
Only authorized adults (named on your enrollment form, with photo ID) may pick up your child. We verify every time.
Food & Allergies
We provide all meals on-site. Allergy plans are documented and posted in each classroom.
No Outside Foods
All meals and snacks are prepared on-site by our nutrition team. Please leave outside food at home so allergy plans stay reliable.
Holidays & Closures
We are closed for federal holidays and one week each year for staff training. A full calendar is shared at enrollment.
Behavior Approach
We use positive guidance: connection, redirection, and naming feelings. We never use shame, time-outs, or food as discipline.
A safe wrap-around day for your school-age scholar.
